We are excited to announce that the shareholders of both ILAW Energy, LLC and Candlewick Holdings, LLC have unanimously voted to merge the entities and form a new entity called Element Renewables Group, LLC (“ERG”), a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
The new board of managers of ERG consists of Paul J. Stephan, Rick E. LaCroix, Darren Lee, Gary Lee, and Derek Maxfield.
